Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Gaugely, a native iOS viewer for self-hosted Grafana published by MacLucky Lab (mac-lucky), an independent developer based in Poland. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. Gaugely is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple or Grafana Labs.
License
Gaugely is licensed, not sold. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the standard EULA that applies to apps downloaded from the App Store; these terms add to it and, where they conflict for this app, control. You may use Gaugely for personal or internal business purposes on any Apple device you own or control.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the Grafana servers, tokens, and credentials you connect to Gaugely, and for having permission to access them. Do not use the app to reach systems you are not authorized to use. Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app except to the extent the law permits.
No warranty and liability
Gaugely is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It reads and displays data from the servers you configure and does not guarantee that panels, alerts, or notifications are accurate, complete, or timely. Alert notifications depend on iOS background scheduling and on your servers being reachable, so do not rely on Gaugely for life-safety, medical, or emergency monitoring.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacLucky Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for data loss, or for decisions made based on what the app displays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights in the EU/EEA.
Trademarks
Grafana is a trademark of Grafana Labs. Prometheus, Loki, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. Gaugely uses these names only to describe what the app connects to.
Privacy
Gaugely collects no data. See the privacy policy for the details.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. EU/EEA consumers keep any mandatory protections of their country of residence.
